We do not sell, trade, or share your identifiable information, including phone numbers provided for SMS consent, with third parties for marketing purposes. Your records and data are securely stored and only accessed by authorized personnel involved in your care.


At PsychEd Solutions, P.A., we are committed to maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of every client we serve. All personal, medical, and psychological information shared with our office is protected under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), as well as state and professional confidentiality laws.


We do not share your private information—including clinical notes, evaluation results, or contact details—without your written consent, except as required by law or in situations involving the safety of you or others.


All staff and providers at PsychEd Solutions are trained in HIPAA compliance and follow strict ethical guidelines to ensure your trust, safety, and privacy are respected at every stage of your care.

4. SMS Terms & Conditions

By consenting to SMS communications, you agree to the following terms:


4.1 SMS Consent
Phone numbers submitted via online forms, intake paperwork, or verbally during communication with PES may be used to send SMS messages only for purposes directly related to your care. These phone numbers will not be shared with third-party or affiliate companies for marketing purposes.


4.2 Types of SMS Communications
If you opt-in to receive text messages, PES may send:

  • Appointment reminders
     
  • Evaluation or treatment follow-ups
     
  • Billing and payment-related messages
     
  • Optional promotional updates or service availability notices
     
  • Supportive wellness messages (e.g., stress-relief tips, mindfulness reminders)
     
  • Birthday or holiday greetings to uplift and connect with our clients
     
  • Occasional updates about service availability (non-promotional unless consented)
     

4.3 Message Frequency
You may receive up to 2–3 messages per week, depending on your care schedule or billing activity. Frequency may vary.


4.4 Carrier Fees
Standard message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile service provider. International SMS may carry different rates.


4.5 Opt-In Methods
You may opt-in to SMS communications by:

  • Verbally agreeing during intake or appointments
     
  • Checking the SMS consent box on online or paper forms
     
  • Submitting your phone number via a secure online scheduling form
     

4.6 Opt-Out / Unsubscribe
You may opt-out of SMS messages at any time by:

  • Replying “STOP” to any text message
     
  • Contacting our office directly to request removal

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
