THE LEARNING LAB EDUCENTER ACADEMY

Children who are supervised during after-school hours are significantly less likely to be involved in risky behaviors or to become victims of crime. Moreover, youth experience a number of benefits when they have access to organized and enriching activities, and a safe place to explore extra-curricular activities of their interests. The Learning Lab EduCenter - After School Academy (ASA) provides is a safe environment where children receive educational rehabilitation, psychosocial rehabilitation, and group and individual therapy. We use the S.T.R.E.A.M. framework, providing academic and mindfulness therapy through Science, Technology, Reading, Engineering, Arts, and Math. Tutoring, provided by state licensed educators, is also available based on the child’s individual needs.

The Learning Lab ASA is a nonprofit organization. We are available Monday through Friday until 6:30 PM. Transportation is available from schools within a 10-mileradius of the EduCenter.
