Clinical Training Program

The Clinical Training Program at PsychEd Solutions provides opportunities at the master’s, doctoral and informal postdoctoral levels for students interested in careers relevant to clinical science, research and practice. Trainees who are accepted to the program are assigned to areas of emphasis which represent their career focus or interests. Students are trained by licensed and experienced clinicians to diagnose and treat a number of mental health and educational conditions. 

In addition to traditional psychotherapeutic interventions, trainees also learn to utilize holistic approaches to mental wellness. Our training program is grounded in a multicultural framework that helps trainees recognize the challenges related to multiple and often conflicting norms, values, and beliefs faced by lesbian, gay, and bisexual members of racial and ethnic minority and religious groups.
